What are the benefits of signing up for RetailMatch?
We identify the ideal spot for any business or ideal tenant for any space. Our complex algorithms analyze all currently-seeking tenants, as well as all available vacancies, against 1,000s of success factors. Cutting-edge encryption keeps lease information, deal points and data confidential and secure.
Where does RetailMatch get the data?
Traffic counts, demographics, POI data, retail availabilities and much more are sourced from world-leading data providers. There’s also art involved with our science—proprietary projections are artfully applied by our data scientists to calculate the most accurate match results.
How much does it cost?
There is currently no fee to sign up with RetailMatch and receive match results while we are beta launching in select markets. Just answer a few questions about your business or your property and we’ll start finding you the perfect match.
Is my information confidential?
RetailMatch is a completely secure and confidential platform. Contact information will only be provided to a tenant, agent, or landlord when a match is made. Our highly secure infrastructure puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy and confidentiality. We continuously monitor site access to monitor site usage proactively and prevent any anomalies.
How do I edit profile information?

Can I create multiple accounts?
At this time, you can create only one account. We have account expansion updates in development. However, if you have businesses and properties that would benefit from our service, sign up as an agent. This will allow you to manage both within the same account.
Can I set up an account as a representative for tenants or landlords?
Yes, simply sign up as an agent, which will let you list prospective businesses or available vacancies or both.
How do I reset my password?
Did you forget your password? Just visit the login page, click on the forgot password link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How do I remove a vacant suite, or business request?
Send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you remove your vacant suite or business request.
How do I delete my account?
Send a request to email@example.com and we’ll help you remove your account. .
SEARCHING & MATCHING
Can I see listings in the area rather than wait for a match?
We’re not a listing provider, but instead a matchmaking platform with proprietary algorithms that calculate data sources to find the ideal space for any business and the ideal retailer for any place.
How can I improve my match results?
The more information we have, the better the match result. Please add more information about your business or your vacancy and we’ll include it in our computations for even better matches.
I’ve been matched, now what?
Congratulations, someone likes you! Once you’ve had a chance to review the match, simply select “Match Me” if you’re interested or “Not Interested” if you’re not. We’ll notify the other user if you accept the match, and you both can take it from there to a happy success.
Why am I not getting matches?
If you aren’t getting matches, it’s possible you need to provide more information about what you’re looking for or expand your criteria, such as your search area.
How long will it take to get my matches?
Match results take about 3 to 5 business days while we are developing the platform.
Is there any way to get match results outside of Greater Los Angeles, Orange County or Las Vegas?
For now our match results are limited to our beta markets, but we’ll be expanding to additional metropolitan areas soon.
Is there any way I can message a property I haven’t matched?
A match must be made before contact information will be provided. Contact our Customer Success team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you.
How do I cancel or reject a match?
Simply click the Not Interested button on your match result.
